QFT, Galrath first and Althea second
my brave wammo fighting in vain against the hordes of evil descending upon the party until he was last standing.
Then fighting galrath 1v1 on the hill on my own but not having enough damage to kill him(rest of the party tried to kill verata lol).
Battle lasted forever, until i deliberately died so that the rest of my party could be rezzed xD

altheas ashes. . but I like any "defend the fool" quest that have wave after wave after wave of foes. Tunderhead was nice but it wasn't hard enough. The waves don't come in fast enough. Its also annoying whe Jalis doesn't hold his position on the landing.
Undead Hordes. I wish I could try it in HM, =( or Villany or Althes in HM.. but they're all gone.. gimme my quests back ANET!!! I wanna go again!

Koss's Elixir - I thought it was kinda funny
Bad Fortune - always hated the fortune teller in Factions
Little Lost Bear - finding the bear Sticks in my memory
Hungry Devourers - Old Mac and Joe - wonder what they are doing now

Worthy Deeds (done dirt cheap) always is fun. Something says Monty Python following the white rabbit into the lair.

I thought "A Sticky Situation," although not that original, was funny and entertaining.

They're making a living as prize-fighters in Magni the Bisons tournament. Mac always was more concerned with getting the next meal than re-taking Ascalon, so I'm neither surprised he fled north from Frost Gate rather than push through to Kryta, nor that he didn't join Gwens splinter guerilla-army-in-exile.
Favorite quest: Galrath. I did it as a fledgling wamme with henches, and finally completed it after all my henches were dead by training the trolls and minotaurs from the neighboring valley on the Verata (in the early days mobs would follow you until they caught up or you zoned), then ganking Galrath while the Verata were busy. It was extremely satisfying to solve the quest through lateral thinking like that.

QUEST NOT MISSION.
Geez.
And I think the GWEN Grawl/Vael quest has a better name:

I really enjoy The Troubled Keeper. It is fun to defend the Keeper against the waves of Torment Demons and Margonites.
Galrath was pretty fun as well.

Althea's Ashes (Prophecies) was a wake-up call for me. I was just blown away by how hard it was. It was also my daughter who pointed out to me that I had met Althea in pre-Searing, leading to an "oh, my" -- and kind of sad -- moment for me.
Captured Son (Factions) was also surprisingly difficult. I definitely wasn't prepared for that one the first time around.
My favorite quests though are probably the Norgu's Nightfall -- rank, self-aggrandizing plagiarism of Shakespeares' Henry V and laugh-out-loud funny -- Goren's Stuff quests in Nightfall. I now bring those two Heroes along as often as possible just for comic relief.

Single Ugly Grawl Seeks Same For Mindless Destruction In Ascalon: fun quest, fun name, given by my favorite EotN NPC . All the Vael-related quests are pretty fun. Hell, all Charrlands quests are excellent.
The Wayward Monk: Mhenlo/Cynn 4eva! >_>
Drakes on a Plain: just plain fun.
Pretty much all Kaineng City quests, because I *heart* the city and I just love running around there helping people out and killing stuff.
Gift of the Djinn for that "oh, crap!" moment at the end.
